I'm a Ph.D student in the Politics department at the University of Virginia. I use statistics to study the causes and consequences of high skilled migration.

I received my B.A. with a double major in Political Science and Economics and a minor in Diplomacy from National ChengChi University (Taipei, Taiwan).
