Training ends on Friday, and hopefully I get to know which division (in
MOFA) I'm working at tomorrow or the day after that. I filled in
Department of North American Affairs and a few others on my wish list, so we'll see how that goes.
Also, I updated
my CV, which adds my job at MOFA to my experience.

In the university presidents forum between Russian and Taiwan's delegates, I met a Russian scholar, Professor Victor Panin. He has a doctoral degree in political sciences and is now Dean of School of International Relations at Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University, Russia. He mentioned that if you make a google search with his name "Victor Panin", you may find some books or publications authored by him. So, Why don't you check it out and see if you can learn something from his articles? I will send you the photo of him and me by email.
